No, there will be absolutely positively No Smoking allowed inside of the NATSINC vans during transport. If you for any reason need to smoke you must wait until after the driver once has arrived at your destination.
If my family member or friend starts having trouble breathing or another medical issue should happen to surface during transport what will the NATSINC driver do in this case?
The NATSINC driver will take the patient to the nearest hospital for immediate medical care. If your family member or friend has a specific medical condition that needs to be addressed before transport, please let the NATSINC driver know.
How long has NATS been operating?
In 1982, the owners of Non-Ambulatory Transportation David J. Stoufer Sr & Elva Stoufer discovered there was no available transportation for their three adopted children who all used wheelchairs. The business was developed, and incorporated in 1983, and has since provided safe, reliable, and accommodating transportation services.
How many drivers does NATSINC have?
NATSINC has three full-time drivers and one part-time driver. The owners David & Elva drive the vans when or if needed.
What specific kinds or types of wheelchairs does NATSINC provide?
We provide both manual and stretcher wheelchairs. The stretcher wheelchair has different degrees or levels in which the patient can lay down or sit upright.
May family members or a friend ride in the NATSINC vans with the patient that is being transported?
Yes, There is no extra cost for family members and friends that would like to ride with the patient.
May I make appointments or cancellations on the NATSINC website?
No, we would prefer you to please give us a call in order to make appointments or cancellations.
If my family member or friend has an appointment that the doctor has scheduled pre in advanced am I suppose to call NATSINC for transport at the last minute?
No, please call NATSINC for an appointment several weeks or months ahead if at all possible. We run our NATSINC business on a first come first to serve basis.

wheelchair lift and state vans

not able to walk or stand
What if my family member or friend doesn't have or own his or her own wheelchair will NATSINC provide one specifically for the transport?
Yes, we do provide wheelchairs for persons that don't already own or have one available to them.
