Non-Ambulatory Transportation, offers the convenience of a fleet of meticulously maintained vans
(State inspected on a regular basis) which can accommodate wheelchair, walk-on, and stretcher passengers.
Our drivers are dependable and fully trained in safety procedures to make your trip with us safe and enjoyable. Offering services to all of Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma, with advance special arrangements, transportation is available to anywhere in the continental United States. All care providers, spouses, and service animals may accompany passengers at no extra charge.
In full compliance with American Disabilities Act and the Federal Transportation Authority regulations and guidelines, Non-Ambulatory Transportation is available for anyone requiring door-to-door transportation.
We operate Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. We are available, on an on-call or by appointment basis on nights, weekends and holidays, at a small overtime charge.
Since our travel schedules are dependent upon our passengers, we make the following requests for the convenience of all:
- Call for appointments in advance if possible.
- Be ready with appropriate outerwear for the weather when the van is sheduled to arrive.
- Make every effort to be ready to depart immediately at the scheduled time.
- Insure that there is clear access for the passenger to get to our van.
- To cancel a trip, please notify us at least one hour before the scheduled pickup time.
- Please tell us when you schedule your pickup, of any special conditions we should prepare for such as stairs, obstacles, special individual needs (stretcher, large or oversized chair, oxygen, or other medical necessities.)
